Great Support & Portal

We initially went with Commio because of their prices. However, we've found that not only is their cost incredible, but also their service. Every ticket I've ever created gets assigned to an engineer quickly and the only time I've struggled to get a resolution is when the issue is on some carrier who refuses to do any deep dives. The portal allows me to purchase numbers, control my inbound and outbound call routing. I utilize Commio for outbound dialing on some equipment, and backup dialing on other equipment. Phone Number Issues Solved

After I signed up I transferred all of my phone numbers (DIDs) to them. This works very well. I don't have my DID issues anymore as in the previous cases. Great Voice Provider

The combined Commio.io portal is more streamlined and on par with other carriers. But even before that Commio was one of my favorite carriers to work with both on the phone number ordering and porting side as well as support when we need to diagnose a customer call report. We get alerts on suspicious activity and a responsive team to work with. I believe Commio is the only provider we work with that we can actually go into the portal and find a full SIP debug on a call or call attempt and follow the segments through to see deep into which carriers were involved and which connections.
